As Federal Commissioner of the Federal Regulatory Council for Human Rights for Indigenous Peoples A.C., Dr. Urquidi played a pivotal role in enhancing the development of indigenous communities in Mexico, reinforcing his commitment to social justice and sustainability.
Transitioning into the agro-industrial sector, Dr. Urquidi has held prominent roles that highlight his expertise in strategic development and business management. As CEO at Valisye / Avogold, he has been instrumental in advancing responsible agricultural practices and fostering innovation within the avocado market. In his role as Commercial, Quality, and Development Director at Avocados Aljoe, he has contributed significantly to the company’s success and global competitiveness.
Dr. Urquidi is also a co-founder of AGROCORP LE, where he leads initiatives to promote sustainable agricultural practices and balance economic productivity with environmental responsibility. As the owner and CEO of DEA Consociata, he has spearheaded consulting projects focused on human resources, communication, and strategic innovation. His leadership extends to his role as President of Agriculture and Conservation for Our Earth A.C., where he champions sustainable development and the welfare of underserved communities.
