Pitseal provides an eco-friendly solution to silage covering At Pitseal, our mission is to revolutionise farming by making it more eco-friendly and providing long-term sustainability for farmers and their families. ​ ​ Pitseal is a biofilm made from unique strains of seaweed and nutrients, which forms an airtight and waterproof layer on top of silage pits, fully replacing traditional plastic coverings and weights. The biofilm is later consumed by the ruminants as part of their winter feed, creating a zero-waste cycle. ​ ​ We are incredibly grateful for the support and interest we've received throughout our journey.
