In the context of these Terms & Conditions, references to "us" denote InternetShine, Inc., and references to "we" and "our" shall be interpreted accordingly. The term "you" refers to the entity initiating a booking request, and references to "your" shall be construed accordingly.
1.2 Application of Terms: By submitting applications to register for the conference or placing orders for relevant documentation packs, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. These terms prevail and supersede any conflicting terms imposed by you.
1.3 Right to Public Announcement: You acknowledge and consent to our right to publicly announce our business relationship with you. This may include, but is not limited to, announcements on social media platforms. Rest assured, such announcements will be conducted with utmost professionalism and will not disparage or adversely affect your business.

3.1 Pricing and Payment Terms: Our conference attendance fees and documentation pack prices are clearly outlined on the respective registration booking form, purchase order form, or can be obtained upon request from us or our website. Please note that prices may be subject to periodic changes.
3.2 Confirmation and Invoicing: Upon confirmation of your booking, an invoice will be dispatched to you within ten (10) working days. This invoice will detail the payment instructions and terms. Kindly note that payment is due immediately upon receipt of this invoice.
3.3 Late Registrations: For registrations made less than two (2) weeks before the conference date, we will exclusively accept credit card payments unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. In the event that full payment is not received by the conference date, you (or the attending delegate) will be required, as a condition of attendance, to provide credit card payment on the day of the conference. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if payment is not received promptly.
4.1 Changes to Conference Details: In the event of circumstances beyond our control necessitating alterations to the conference's advertised content, timing, and/or location, we reserve the right to do so at any time. If changes to the time and/or location occur, we will provide advance notice. You will then have the option to choose either a credit for a future event of your choice (up to the amount paid for the conference) or the opportunity to attend the conference in its modified form.
4.2 Delegate Substitution: If you are unable to attend the conference, we encourage substituting delegates at no additional cost. Kindly inform us at least 2 days in advance, providing the proposed substitute's name and ensuring full payment has been received. Notify us of substitutions via email at: contact[at]agrinextcon[dot]com or contact[at]ajgroup[dot]tech.
4.3 Cancellations and Non-Attendance: No refunds will be issued for cancellations or non-attendance.
4.4 Force Majeure Clause: We shall not be held liable for any travel, accommodation, or associated costs incurred (including wasted expenses) in the event of conference cancellation or relocation due to circumstances beyond our control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, industrial action, and pandemics.
5.1 Ownership and Usage of Content: All rights pertaining to presentations, documentation, and materials presented or provided during the conference, including documentation packs or audio-visual recordings ("Content"), are either owned by us or included with the owner's permission. Photography, filming, recording, republication, broadcast, or any form of dissemination of the Content is strictly prohibited. You shall not distribute, reproduce, modify, store, transfer, or otherwise use the Content, except for internal business purposes by the relevant delegate. Specifically, you shall not:
- 5.1.1 Upload Content into any shared system.
- 5.1.2 Include Content in a database.
- 5.1.3 Feature Content on a website or intranet.
- 5.1.4 Transmit or make Content available to anyone else.
- 5.1.5 Make any commercial use of the Content.
- 5.1.6 Use Content in a manner that may infringe third-party rights or bring us or our affiliates into disrepute.
5.2 Disclaimer of Views: The Content does not necessarily reflect our views or opinions.

6.3 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify us, our staff, and our affiliates, holding us harmless to the fullest extent permitted by law, against all loss, costs, claims, or expenses arising from any act or omission by you or your delegates during or in relation to a conference.
6.4 Exceptions to Limitation: Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude either party's liability for:
- 6.4.1 Death or personal injury caused by negligence, including that of employees, agents, or subcontractors.
- 6.4.2 Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

7.1 Compliance Assurance: You affirm that you shall:
- 7.1.1 Adhere to our anti-bribery and anti-corruption policies, as communicated to you periodically.
- 7.1.2 Immediately inform us of any request or demand for undue influence or other advantages received by you or on your behalf concerning the execution of these Terms and Conditions.
