Sophie Healy-Thow
Sophie is the founder of Act4Food, a global youth-led campaign which aims to transform food systems. This movement has been mentioned in Forbes magazine and is being implemented globally. Sophie also serves as a youth representative of IFAD, the International Fund for Agricultural Research Development and as a Lead Group Member of the UNs Scaling Up nutrition Movement. In 2024 she was awarded the Global Citizen prize for her work in transforming food systems. She was the co-chair of the UN Food Systems Summit Youth Liaison group.
