As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Proxag, he leads a U.S.-based agtech company focused on advanced chemistry, next‑generation formulations, and rapid global deployment, with new Ag Chem operations and a first production plant launching in Brazil as a cornerstone of its LATAM strategy. A founder and former Global Chief Operating Officer of ORO AGRI, Donovan played a central role in scaling sustainable crop solutions to more than 80 countries with manufacturing on four continents, championing decentralized, locally empowered teams as essential for solving regional agronomic challenges and accelerating market adoption.
