Aliyah Rizq Holdings Pte Ltd began as a small family-owned enterprise, originally named Aliyah Rizq Farm, established in 2015 on a 2-acre plot in Mersing. With just 30 goats and sheep, the farm's mission was to offer aqiqah and qurban services to Muslim families and communities.

As demand grew, Aliyah Rizq Holdings expanded, relocating in 2017 to a larger, 25-acre property in Bio Desaru, alongside its sister company, Agropreneur Farms Sdn Bhd. Today, the farm spans 100 acres and supports over 500 animals, including sheep, goats, horses, and alpacas. By 2022, this strategic growth positioned Aliyah Rizq Holdings to serve an even broader community.

To meet the rising demand for livestock for qurban in 2018, Aliyah Rizq Holdings launched its first international venture in Medan, Indonesia, with PT Aliyah Rizq Agriculture, a social enterprise designed to empower local, low-income farmers. Through training and support, these farmers now contribute livestock to Malaysia, and today, over 300 contract farmers operate under the Aliyah Rizq flagship. In addition, a dedicated quarantine facility facilitates legal livestock exports from Indonesia to Malaysia, providing a reliable alternative to Thailand-border livestock sourcing. To date, Aliyah Rizq Holdings has successfully exported over 5,000 healthy sheep.

Continuing its global outreach, the Aliyah Rizq Group recently established Aliyah Rizq Africa Limited in 2023, headquartered in Kenya. This expansion includes breeding and trading livestock while exploring new markets across the Middle East and Asia. In line with recent bilateral agreements between Indonesia, Singapore, and Kenya, the group aims to strengthen agricultural produce exchanges in the region.
