Last summer, a lieutenant at work recommended I grow hops at my farm. In his lovely lieutenant way, he made it sound simple! I loved the idea and started researching hops. And, goodnesss, hops growing is complicated and complex! But, I was hooked. And, Hyggelig Hills Farms was born.
Since its inception, everything on the farm has been built, designed, improved or refined through a network of experts, friends and colleagues willing to share their insights.
