Bibi Haghdan is a visionary entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience driving strategic planning and problem-solving to foster organizational growth across government, startups, non-profits, and enterprises. As CEO of Haghdan International, a multinational agriculture engineering company based in Oman, she leads innovative solutions for sustainable farming. With a Master’s degree in Agriculture Engineering and education in Controlled Environment Agriculture from the University of Arizona, Bibi is a subject matter expert in agriculture, with strong knowledge in Agritech. She has facilitated numerous courses in vertical farming, sustainable agriculture, and irrigation in Canada, notably through the largest Canadian upskilling program, Upskills Canada, impacting over 50 Agritech startups. Bibi has collaborated with the Government of Canada’s Water Security Agency in Saskatchewan to advance sustainable water management initiatives. Her mission is to create lasting impact by empowering underserved communities, particularly immigrant women, whom she has mentored globally for over 12 years, helping hundreds realize their aspirations. As a dedicated consultant and board member for startups, she champions innovation and drives organizational growth. Through volunteer work with non-profits, Bibi advocates for meaningful change, leveraging her expertise to build a better future.
