Dr. Vladimir V. Matichenkov was born in 1964. Vladimir Matichenkov have graduated Moscow State University in 1986 and has Ph.D. title since 1990. In 1998-2004 worked in the University of Florida. After that Dr. Vladimir Matichenkov participated in several international projects which were realized in Australia, Chile, China, Togolese Republic, Norway, and Russia. Main part of these projects were related with sustainable agriculture in the different regions, including areas with water deficiency, chemical soil contamination, salinity et al.. Matichenkov V. elaborates Si-based technologies for sustainable and organic agriculture and for environment protection. He published more than 170 scientific papers, have patents and have elaborated several technologies for environment protection against pollution and for adaptation to climatic stresses (drought, frost, salimity et al.). Since 2014 prof. Vladimir Matichenkov cooperate with Hunan Agricultural Academy of Sciences and at 2015 was nominater by Chonese Award of Friendship as Foreign Expert. Now Prof. Vladimir Matichenkov cooperate with univeristies and private companies in Russia, china, UAE, Malaysia and other countries.

The main activity of the enterprise is the production of environmentally friendly fertilizers, soil-forming agents and premixes for animals, birds and fish based on zeolite, peat and sapropel under the brand "NaturAgro". The raw materials for manufacturing organic-base products are mined on the area of the Mari and Chuvash Republics (Russia).
