Laura Lukasik is a committed farmer activist and an recognize technological and social entrepreneur. She is Founder and President of Numen. Bio , a purpose-driven company dedicated to transforming agriculture towards a regenerative economy. Inspired by farmers, her work is centred on define and implement a new business model , to enhancing natural resources, such as carbon balance, biodiversity, and water, while driving agriculture profitability and creating opportunities for future generations. She was a founder and former CEO of one of Latin America’s pioneering agricultural technology companies, spearheaded award-winning projects and initiatives across significant corporations in various roles and countries, including Mexico, Brazil, the United States, and Europe. Her impact has been recognized globally, being listed among the 100 most influential women in business and acknowledged as a top female founder worldwide. Laura is an advisor to boards and volunteers with numerous organizations, including the Rural Women Network, AAPRESID, MAIZAR, and other NGOs and startups across South America, Europe, and Africa. She is dedicated to promoting initiatives that improve the lives of vulnerable groups, such as: Teaching technology, gaming, and design to individuals with Down syndrome. Facilitating potable water provision to children’s communities through the Rural Women Networks Supporting new generational developments and rural school communities in Argentina through Aula Aapresid and Young Aapresid . As an inspirational speaker, Laura has participated in numerous events focused on innovation, digital transformation and agriculture risk management. She also shares her expertise as a Project and Portfolio Management Teacher and Academic Director in various organizations.
