In my role as Operations Lead at Syngenta Group, I manage the logistics operations within the global R&D department. My responsibilities include overseeing multiple cross-disciplinary projects focused on trade route development, digitalization, and continuous improvement. Utilizing methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and PMP, I have successfully executed several strategic initiatives that have enhanced the efficiency, quality, and sustainability of our R&D supply chain operations.
Currently, I am pursuing an EMBA at Hult International Business School to further develop my skills and knowledge in business administration and management.
