Dr. Sadar graduated in agricultural science from Kerala Agricultural University and post-graduated in business finance from the prestigious Institute of Indian Institute of Finance and completed the Executive Management Program at the Indian Institute of Management – Kozhikode & Indore. He also holds another Master’s in Business Administration from Edinburgh Napier University, UK. He cleared the University Grand Commission (UGC) of India – National Eligibility Test (NET) for a Lectureship in Business Management. He completed a Ph.D. in Business Administration & Commerce from MS University, Tamil Nadu, India. He holds professional certifications in quantitative finance (CQF) from CQF Institute, UK, as a certified risk specialist from IABFM-UK, and as a certified trading book risk manager from the London School of Business and Finance, UK. Currently pursuing a second Doctorate in Sustainable Finance from the Swiss School of Management, Switzerland. For the last 20-plus years, he served in various roles in Kerala State Agricultural Department (India), Multi Commodity Exchange of India Ltd, Mumbai (India), and The Savola Group. (Saudi Arabia), Gulf Aluminium Rolling Mills (Bahrain), Glow Oil Trading (UAE), Al Ghurair Group (UAE), and currently serving as Director of Commodity Risk Control at Savola Group (Saudi Arabia).
He speaks at national and international conferences and has conducted paper presentations at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and Kozhikode. He is also a guest faculty in various universities and institutes and accredited trainers for Financial Risk Management and Trading. He is a member of multiple advisory bodies in Educational Institutions and Corporate bodies.
