It is my mission to make brussels sprouts popular for everybody. Therefore, we optimize soil conditions sothat our crops need less pesticides and fertilizers. Besides that, while we work with regenerative practices our crops contain much more beneficial elements compared to traditional food.

I am the fifth generation of farmers in my family and the next generation is getting ready to be the sixt. On our farm we grow brussels sprouts, potatoes, onions and several crops to feed the dairy. The brussels sprouts we grow are all packed and sold rightaway to the supermarkets.
