I am founder of Greentech Innovators and dedicated to circular solutions for food waste,reducing Greenhouse Gas Emission and increase global food production. We see food waste as a resource to be utilized instead of being an environmental problem. We give waste a value. I am an Experienced project leader within the aquaculture industry and have found circular solutions to organic waste from aquaculture and fisheries for more than 30 Years. I have experience within: Protein recovery, biotechnology, process technology, feed, hydrolysis, new aquaculture species, fish health and project funding.
