Aliyah Rizq Holdings Pte Ltd has emerged as a leader in the livestock farming industry, transforming from a small family-run operation to a prominent player in the agricultural sector. Founded in 2015 as Aliyah Rizq Farm, the company started with a modest 2-acre backyard farm in Mersing, with just 30 goats and sheep. Initially focused on providing aqiqah and urban services to its Muslim community, the company has grown exponentially over the years.

About Aliyah Rizq Holdings

In 2017, Aliyah Rizq Holdings expanded its operations to a 25-acre farm in Bio Desaru, alongside its sister company, Agropreneur Farms Sdn Bhd. The farm now houses over 500 livestock, including sheep, goats, horses, and alpacas. In response to growing demand for livestock, particularly during qurban, the company further expanded its operations in 2022 to a sprawling 100-acre site in Desaru.

Recognizing the increasing demand for quality livestock and the limited local supply, Aliyah Rizq Holdings took bold steps to secure sustainable sources. In 2018, the company expanded into Indonesia by establishing a sister company, PT Aliyah Rizq Agriculture, in Medan. This social enterprise aims to support low-income and less-skilled farmers in Indonesia, while meeting Malaysia’s growing demand for livestock. Currently, the company operates four farms across the region and collaborates with over 300 contract farmers, expanding its reach and enhancing supply chains.

The company has made significant strides in improving the livestock trade between Indonesia and Malaysia. In 2020, Aliyah Rizq Holdings set up a quarantine facility to ensure the safe and legal export of livestock from Indonesia to Malaysia. This initiative has provided a reliable and secure source of high-quality livestock, addressing issues of illegal livestock smuggling through the Thailand borders. To date, the company has exported over 5,000 healthy sheep, setting a new standard for livestock trade in the region.

Continuing its mission of fostering community development, Aliyah Rizq Holdings expanded its efforts in 2023 by establishing Aliyah Rizq Africa Limited in Kenya. This new venture focuses on breeding, trading, and exploring potential markets in the Middle East and Asia. With the recent strengthening of bilateral ties between Indonesia, Singapore, and Kenya, the company is well-positioned to meet the agricultural needs of these regions.
