Tisha Livingston
Tisha Livingston is the co-founder of 80 Acres Farms and CEO of Infinite Acres, a vertical farming technology leader based in Hamilton, Ohio. Founded in 2015 alongside Mike Zelkind, 80 Acres Farms operates indoor farms powered by Infinite Acres’ proprietary GroLoop™ technology platform. These farms run on 100% renewable electricity and use 95% less water per pound of produce than traditional methods, delivering pesticide-free, longer-lasting harvests. 80 Acres’ branded products—including fresh salads, herbs, and microgreens—are available year-round at retailers and restaurants across the United States. The company's closed-loop farming model dramatically reduces environmental impact and food waste. In 2020, Tisha was elected Vice-Chair of the FarmTech Society, an international non-profit advancing the Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) industry. She has represented 80 Acres Farms at major global sustainability events, including the UN Climate Change Conference (COP) in Egypt (2022) and Dubai (2023), Climate Week NYC (2024), and Gulfood in Dubai (2025). With more than two decades in the food industry, Tisha brings extensive expertise in finance, manufacturing, logistics, and engineering. Prior to founding 80 Acres, she served as COO of Sager Creek Vegetable Company (Del Monte Foods) and VP of Manufacturing at AdvancePierre Foods, where she oversaw 11 plants and more than 3,000 employees. She holds a BBA in Operations Business Management and is dedicated to advancing sustainable agricultural technologies.
